Please read these before booking. All policies are agreed upon at the point of deposit payment.
Heads up: These T&Cs are strictly enforced to keep the experience smooth for everyone. By paying your deposit, you confirm that you've read and agreed to everything below.
Deposit
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The deposit offsets your final bill at the end of the appointment.
Deposit must be paid within 1 hour of receiving the confirmation message — otherwise your slot may be released.
The deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation
Cancellations are strictly not allowed once a deposit has been paid.
If you are unable to proceed, you may request a reschedule (see below) — but the deposit will not be returned regardless.
Reschedule
You may reschedule your appointment once only.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 3 days in advance.
Unforeseen circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies) are handled on a case-by-case basis — please reach out via WhatsApp.
Grace Period & Lateness
A grace period of 10 minutes applies to all appointments.
If you are more than 10 minutes late: your deposit is forfeited. The appointment may still proceed if there are no subsequent bookings, but this is not guaranteed.
If you are more than 15 minutes late: your appointment is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited.
If the service has to be simplified due to your lateness, the full original price will still be charged.
Please WhatsApp Tee immediately if you are running late.
House Rules
Cashless payment only — PayNow/PayLah/bank transfer. No cash accepted.
Strictly no companions — the space is a private home. Please come alone.
Message Tee when you reach the lift lobby before coming up to the unit.
Drinks are welcome; no food please.
Your nail art design must be confirmed with Tee at least 1 day before your appointment.
Promotions are non-stackable — only one promo or discount applies per visit.
Online Booking Flow
Check Instagram (@teedotnailbar) for open dates and times before booking on Fresha — Fresha has display limitations and bookings made outside of open slots will be cancelled.
After booking on Fresha, WhatsApp Tee within 1 hour to confirm — Fresha notifications can be unreliable.
Your appointment is only confirmed after deposit payment is made.
Festive-season slots (e.g. CNY, Christmas) use a separate Google Form — watch Instagram for the announcement.
